Integrate Caller Profile Services

How can we integrate caller profile service in Vicidial Agent Screen on an Inbound Call.

Like an agent is receiving an IB call. Based on his caller ID, can we get different information about the caller like is name, his credit score, address etc pre-populated on agent screen or through web button.

Currently using:

Yes, we have set this up for other clients. It really depends on the specific service you are using as to how simple it is to configure though.
