Hi, I have a 10 seater inbound call centre. I implemented the "Wait Time Option" - PRESS_CALLBACK_QUEUE. The problem we experiencing is that the call cuts after +-10 seconds when Calling the Client back. Outbound timeout is set to 40 seconds. As anybody had an issue like this before?
