real time monitor, barge rings in agents ear

Hello everyone,

I have a strange issue that has popped up. first of all i use a unlocked cell phone as a monitor phone. I have installed zoiper from the app store and setup a phone in the zoiper software that attaches to my test server. I had a manager report to me that when he tried to use the production setup which is the same but the phone is attached to my production server.

The manager reported that when trying to use the real time report he would try the barge and the agent which he tried to barge heard him, with an indicator of a ringing as the manager clicked on the an agent in conversation with a customer. we have tried several campaigns and i have also replicated this with our gigaset handset model also. I have also be able to replicate this on my test server and am not sure what else i can do to change this function of the barge so that it silently enters into the conference. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Have you checked the Campaign Setting for:

"Blind Monitor Warning:"

That setting is set to "disabled"

Anyone have any ideas? this is still happening to me.
