Distortions in voice

Hello, hope you all guys are well.

I'm having too much issue of distortion on the calls made from vicidial telephony server using webphones. We've tested out from 3 different networks but the issue is still persisting as . There is also no load in server as I'm monitoring both of them continuously, can you guys help me figure out the problem

I'm currently using

Vicibox 8.0.1 from .iso | Vicidial Version 2.14-753a Build 200518-0828 | Asterisk 11.25.3| Cloud Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | 3vCPU | 4GB RAM | 80GB NVM SSD

If you guys can guide me through this it'll be helpful

"3vCPU"? By this I suppose you are indicating that your server is virtualized and/or cloud hosted with three Virtual CPUs assigned. Vicidial does not run virtually. It requires Hardware to run. You can upgrade your cloud server to a hardware server and get three non-virtual CPUs (more likely two or four) by leasing a physical server instead of a virtual one.

Virtual Vicidial is only valid for testing/sandboxing or a single agent, as a rule.

if you have tested 3 differents networks and also with differentes provide I suggest you try something different to the cloud server you re using right now , distortion on voice is related to lack of resources also congested network and bad virtualization and why not bad carriers
