Can lists be user group specific?

Can lists be user group specific? i cant find a way to get this done, im sure its there and im just missing it

Nevermind i got it. Had to specify something other than all campaigns allowed in user group

Just beware: That's the point many administrators lock themselves out. user group modifications. NEVER modify ADMIN.
