Anyone had this problem before? Where on the realtime screen, it just stays at zero, but only for a couple agents. It doesnt make sense to me, Its one of my cluster setups, and other agents on the very same server stats move just fine. It is only a few people. Thx in advance

I had the same issue. I'm no longer working with that cluster anymore but the issue was quite puzzling. I could never figure it out. I think it was some sort of browser or network related issue where web server didn't get the appropriate ping or whatever from the agent's web browser. I was only seeing the problem with two remote agents, everyone else was working fine. I tried all the common things like different browser, deleting and re-creating the users etc. Nothing worked. If you figure it out please let me know. Maybe it's even at the SIP level and a modem is doing something with a SIP notify or something lol. Not sure but I would love to know.

I came to find out the issue. Certain agents were accessing the web interface via the FQDN on those servers rather than through the global web server on that cluster. Once they logged in thru the correct agent location it worked fine. I just had to disable the vicidial and agc folders on those machines.

That's why we created the "Webserver-URL Report" in Admin Utilities, to see what servers people were using to log in to the agent screen on multi-server systems.
