VERSION: 2.14-587c BUILD: 190902-0914

So guys, My vicidial logs out every single representative at exactly 5:02 pm every single day. I have to look up the exact message, but it says something along the line of "Session has been disabled" .
Any clue what would cause this or where this automatic logout setting would be?

Thank you,
Gary

you need to change the Timeclock End Of Day time to non working hours.
which is under ADMIN--SYSTEM SETTINGS

Timeclock End Of Day
This setting defines when all users are to be auto logged out of the timeclock system. Only runs once a day. must be only 4 digits 2 digit hour and 2 digit minutes in 24 hour time. Default is 0000.

This does look like it will fix the issue. I changed the time clock to 2400 (12am), and updated it. I will know after Monday evening but I really think this will be it. Thank you a ton for helping.

consider 2359 if you want to be sure timeclock login/logouts are on the right days. if agents forget to log out "2400" is the next morning and could be confusing.
