Dispo Seconds going beyond the set DISPO Max settings

Hi Vici Gurus,

I would just like to ask how can a Dispo Seconds on the vicidial_agent_log go beyond 8 seconds when the Dispo Call Max Seconds is set to 8. I have tested the trigger several times and it places me on pause in 8 seconds and dispositions the call based on the Dispo Call Max Status that I have set but the User Stats Activity logs and the vicidial_agent logs shows that I went beyond 8 seconds. I also see agents where the dispo_sec is the same as or sometimes nearly the same as the talk_sec. May I ask if I am missing a setting or if there is an over ride that could be causing this?

Inbound or Outbound? (Don't think it should make a difference, but curious)

All the time? Or only sometimes? If sometimes, is there a pattern or predictor?

Log them. Get agent, campaign, total talk time, agent web server, agent call server, lead call server ... everything you can. Seeking that pattern.

Do you also have other Max Seconds settings? Is it possible that these calls are pushed to dispo with a configuration or custom script?

Dead Call to Dispo Only -If Dead Call Max Seconds is set greater than 0, this option can be enabled if you want to send the agent to the dispo screen after a dead call without automatically dispositioning it. Default is DISABLED.
