Uploading list with 83 custom fields doesn't load

hi guys.

i'm loading a new list using the list loader admin_listloader_fourth_gen.
My file is .xlxs type with 4700+ records with 89 columns, 83 of them are custom fields that I added to my list.

so i select option
file: .xlxs type with 4700+ records
List ID Override: 115
Phone Code Override: 1 - USA
File layout to use: custom layout
Lead Duplicate Check: by phone list id
Lead Time Zone Lookup: postal code

when I clicked submit, it will show the next page and doesn't show the VICIDIAL Columnand File data i cannot select their respective columns and values.
