Getting blank call

Hello Forum ,
I am new here , we just install vicibox 9.0.3 and getting some blank call .
VPS installed
vicibox 9.0.3 iso installed
asterisk : 13.34.0-vici
12 gb ram , 200gb ssd , quad core intel gold cpu .

what do u mean by blank calls? you mean the system isnt making calls or you are getting random calls to it once youve set everything up? Did you red the manual yet?

Blank call means agent getting calls but no sound from customer end . then we have tried to manual call same number , customer talking .

ok so you have something setup wrong in either your campaign settings for manual versus dial prefix is what im gonna guess at, but i need some cli logs from asterisks to better be able to help u diagnose the problem

ok, so when u login to the system, do u hear the "no one in your conference" prompt? and what type of connection are u using to connect the vicidial interface to the phone extension. zoiper? xlite? webphone?

yes i am getting that sound and i am using eyebeam . few calls coming to agent there is no sound from customer end . getting 1 blank call after 20/25 good calls .

you mean dead air? thats normal, its because the AMD is detecting someone to talk, then as it connects the call to lvie agent, they have already hung up, because that log u showed, the call seems to go thru just fine and connect just fine

yes , calls are connected to agent but some calls no sound , total blank from customer end . but when we are using local dialer with goautodial 3.3 we are not getting any single blank calls.

thats because the AMD isnt as effective, its about 65% effective, sometimes by the time the call is connected to the agent, the customer has hung up already so all u hear is dead air. its not something wrong, its just the customer knows the "drop" sound and hangs up fast

its ok, its normal, its just the call trying to close the meetme conference but its already gone by that point of the call

one more thing i want to know that , how to encrypt customer phone number from agent screen ? due to data concern . like this "NzU3ODM1MDU5OA" its a phone number but its encrypted and this code showing on the agent screen .

there is a settings to hide in the system settings
