CallMenu time tracker in CDR

Hi,

I'm looking for an option to get callmenu wait time in cdr.

I'm taking incoming calls from Call Menu --> In-group--> Agent but in export call report it is only showing length_in_sec= Ingroup + Agent and I want length_in_sec= Call menu + Ingroup + Agent.

I am not sure because I've never tried to find out that info, but perhaps the inbound IVR report may show you?

No Inbound IVR report doesn't fulfill my requirement. I want call length including call menu duration for each lead.

You might be able to acquire this by activating the click-tracking/logging feature of the call menu. that would get you each button press and may provide a time for each button being pressed. But I've not verified this in any way. Happy Hunting! Thanks for posting your system specs.
