Call Transfer to closer enter status XFER into 999

1- transferred calls XFER status inserted into list 999. Is it possible to update status into the list relevant to the campaign where agent is logged in.

2- On inbound calls if callerid found in the existing list it should update the status into that list but it is inserted into list 999.

Any help is highly appreciated.

I dont think this is what youre looking for exactly but your question is kinda confusing, but have you checked out the advanced lead management tools in Reports > Admin Utilities ?

if the calls are transferred to A DID with DID route set to ingroup then check below option under DID settings.

In-Group Call Handle Method":
help secion : CID will add a new lead record with every call using the CallerID as the phone number, CIDLOOKUP will attempt to lookup the phone number by the CallerID in the entire system, CIDLOOKUPRL will attempt to lookup the phone number by the CallerID in only one specified list, CIDLOOKUPRC will attempt to lookup the phone number by the CallerID in all of the lists that belong to the specified campaign,
