Callbacks from active lists

Hi,
how can I make a sql filter to obtain that callbacks (and maybe cbholds if needed) can be put in hopper ONLY from active lists?

i would think you could use the filter module, add a new filter and try something like:

status in 'CALLBK'

And the hopper is only going to pull from active lists.....ever.
