AGENT NOT GET CALL

Hello, I have an agent in an inbound campaign that not get call. I don`t know why is the reason. I configure the user agent in two times with different extension in the same inbound campaign and inbound group and doesn`t work

The only rarely thing that i see is that all agent in its users configuration has the Inbound Groups active and the user that i want to use is not include, but when i access to the camping with the bad user and check the inbound group selection it is disable despite activate the inbound group before to login.
