Hi,

When I use CL_Galleria inbound campaign I am able to log in to the Vicidial Agent without any issue. But when I dial an inbound call to the extension it just stays at Conf extension and doesn't get transferred to the agent who is logged in at that time.

What version of astguiclient?

post the extensions.conf entries for the inbound call.
