I am using vicibox 9 with:
VERSION: 2.14-810a
BUILD: 210421-2227

And I am also facing the same issue. Asterisk is being crashed within a minute as soon as we start it.

Asterisk CLI shows the same error:

I also tried installing "zypper in openSUSE-Leap-15.1-ViciDial:libjansson4" as mentioned.
