Vicidial 9.03 and 8.1.2 server time not sync and load 100 %

Good day
dear Vici dial forum
i have been installing vici successfully for the past 4-5 months stand alone and cluster setup, BUT since 2 weeks onward am facing issue that server time is not updating PHP and DB time are ok can update but not the server , this happen with vici 9.01,9.02,9.03 and 8..1.2, 8.1.1 same error for VM or actual PC ( server )

please is there any way to get ride of this
in vici 9 they stop the update for openSUSE Leap 15.2 but don't know maybe it is the reason why .

Thank you for your response yes that is exactly what I tru and finally it works it seems vici with 15.1 not supported anymore let’s hope new vici will be available soon since that way not convenient
