Web Form Submit does nothing

Postby edooze » Wed May 26, 2021 3:46 am

Hi team,

Build details in my sig.

When we click 'web form submit' on the dispo screen, nothing happens.

When we click 'web form' button on the dialler screen it loads the web form in a new window.

Web form target is _blank.
We are using custom fields in the web form URL.
Currently there is no problem with the web form when loaded from the normal button.

What can I check to troubleshoot this, please? Everything I've read suggests that the web form should show when using Web Form Submit the same as using web form.

Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Yep, sure did. The URL works fine, including the variables, when we use the 'Web Form' button located under 'Hangup Customer' in the agent screen. The problem is the 'web form submit' button on the dispo screen.

I read a few bug suggestions from 5-10 years ago that said when using custom fields the web form submit button didn't work, but from my understanding this issue was resolved. Not sure if that's accurate.

So, when you click the web form submit button it opens a new window for you at the link you set? Or have I misunderstood something?
