Call ringing

In inbound campaign, I want the calls no to get directly to the agents without any notice. Rather i want the calls to ring on the available agents headphone and once they click resume button or any button which might function as receive button only then the calls will get to available agents. Rest of the excess calls shall be in the IVR/ Waiting list.
