Not showing the correct # of dialable leads in Real Time

Hello Everyone,

Any idea why the realtime report not showing the correct # of dialable leads? When I checked it on the active list it shows 207 but on realtime it only shows 67.

but on the active list it shows:

This campaign has 205 leads to be dialed in those lists - HIDE

This campaign has 94 leads in the dial hopper

are you adding whats IN the hopper and whats on dialable leads? whats in the hopper would go towards the 67 its showing on dialable
