Problem with Inbound calls and ALT Dispo

Having an issue with Inbound calls and the ALT dispo.

Can login, make a manual outbound call (new empty contact is added to the correct list), fill the form and disposition...... ALT dispo works fine, sends URL no problem

Now, if have agent logged in and we place an Inbound call (new empty contact is added to correct list also), agent answers, fills the form, and dispositions. The URL is not called by the ALT dispo, or info details are not sent.

Very strange that works for manually dialed outbound, but inbound doesn't.

What am I missing here?

You configured URL in campaign. Difd you configred same in ingroup?
