No audio using Webphone External

Hello, I'm having a problem with my web phone right now. There were no changes to the server settings, firewall, or internal firewall, but there was no audio on the webphone. What do you think happened?
Here's the scenario:
Using webphone (Thru another network) - No audio/sound
Using webphone (Thru local connection) - Working with audio
Using eyebeam/softphone (Thru another network) - Working with audio
Using eyebeam/softphone (Thru local connection) - Working with audio

change your stun server, googles died
https://gist.github.com/mondain/b0ec1cf5f60ae726202ethats a free list of public stuns, this has to be done in rtp.conf

Or you can build one of your own, it's dead simple. I don't like relying on public servers as they can go down without notice. Sadly asterisk will only work with the first entry (asterisk 13) so it won't failover.
We rent a single core vm server for $5/month with a public IP.
