Preview contact when using RATIO or ADAPT*

I know this requirement sounds odd based on how ViciDial handles calls and passes them to available agents, but maybe there's a way to achieve this:
Need the agent to have a preview of the contact being called and assigned to him/her because they need to gather some info (that takes about 30 seconds to have) for this not to be a "cold" call.
If this is impossible with auto-dialing, is there any way to make the manual-preview method to have a "max preview time" so the agents can't wait too much to decide to make the next call?
