We are running
VERSION: 2.14-770a
BUILD: 200922-0924

Is there a way to forward calls from inbound groups / campaign to a cell phone and still have vici record the calls?
Also still show in all reporting?

i dont believe so, once you set a dialplan unavailable forward, it would just go straight to the cell, never touching the vicidial system recordings, but im not 100% sure on this

For the recording part, try https://github.com/inktel/Vicidial/blob ... ording.agi script

or just use the one in /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/ that comes installed with your system

use the remote agent option with cell number as extension ,which will receive inbound calls.
also it records the calls.

That is the best and most elegant solution. We use it for years.
