Agent Pause After Next Call Link not working

Hello, I am trying to figure what setting is overriding Agent Pause After Next Call Link: DISABLED. I have that option set to DISABLED but there is no change on the dispo screen. The checkbox for Pause Agent Dialing is still there.
Other possible related settings i have set:
Agent Pause Codes Active: FORCE
Agent Pause After Each Call: NO
Agent Pause Max Seconds: 0
Disable Dispo Screen: DISPO_ENABLED
Dispo Call Max Seconds: 0
