Way to see previous call info after dispositioning?

Before we went from Vicibox 8 to 9, I vaguely remember having the ability to see previous call info immediately after dispositioning an outbound call in case the agent dispo'd too quickly and wanted to implement that again. I cant seem to find anything about it in forums or managers manual and wondered if this might have been custom?
