looks like you dont have the route correct, you have it set to exten with the ss-noservice sound being played, trey changing the routing to an ingroup that goes to your agents

You haven't changed the DID Route setting, is set to the Default is 9998811112, no-service. So configure the +4xxxxxxxx DID properly, is possible you need to edit your trunkinbound context in order to accept the DID coming with the +
; If you have DIDs that arrive with a plus sign at the beginning, then uncomment
exten => _+X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)
exten => _+X.,n,Hangup()

Also, did you take care about this ?
; If you have DIDs that arrive with a plus sign at the beginning, then uncomment
exten => _+X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)
exten => _+X.,n,Hangup()

run this command on the asterisk console where XXX is your DID number and post the result
vicibox9*CLI> dialplan show +XXXX@trunkinbound
I expect something like this
vicibox9*CLI> dialplan show +100@trunkinbound
[ Context 'trunkinbound' created by 'pbx_config' ]
'_+X.' => 1. AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) [pbx_config]
2. Hangup() [pbx_config]

-= 2 extensions (3 priorities) in 1 context. =-
dialer1*CLI> dialplan show +100@trunkinbound
[ Context 'trunkinbound' created by 'pbx_config' ]
'_+1X.' => 1. Goto(trunkinbound,${EXTEN:2},1) [pbx_config]
'_+X.' => 1. AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) [pbx_config]
2. Hangup() [pbx_config]

your extensions.conf file is OK so verify the DID setting on vicidial

your inbound DID number is landed with plue(+) followed by 4 (+4xxxxxxxx@trunkinbound)
change your trunkinbound dialplan as show below
exten => _+4X.,1,Goto(trunkinbound,${EXTEN:1},1)

_+X. (this pattern match any digit) and is already declared
Re: Inbound Issue

_+X. is defined but its not discarding the leading +
_+X.' => 1. AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)
and vicidial DID is created without +
so before sending call to AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) dailplan , the leading + should removed which is followed by number 4
'_+1X.' => 1. Goto(trunkinbound,${EXTEN:2},1)
the above dialplan matches +1 not +4
Dialplan to match +43720xxxxx
exten => _+4X.,1,Goto(trunkinbound,${EXTEN:1},1)
make sure to have below dialplan entry also in trunkinbound contex
exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)
[trunkinbound]
exten => _+4X.,1,Goto(trunkinbound,${EXTEN:1},1)
exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)

He just needs to replace on VICI GUI DID Extension: 43720xxxxx by DID Extension: +43720xxxxx and in that case
exten => _+X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) will work perfectly but if you prefer remove the + ${EXTEN:1} is OK

ok ,, i need help whith the extensions
dialer1*CLI> dialplan show +100@trunkinbound
[ Context 'trunkinbound' created by 'pbx_config' ]
'_+X.' => 1. AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) [pbx_config]
2. Hangup()
thats my dialplan now ,, it works but only the main number not with the +43720xxxxx100 i can use from 1 to 999 as extensions from my provider.
so +43720xxxxx100 for a differnt projekt with differnt groups and call menue or campain.
can somebody help me with that please ,,
i would also pay iff you show me how to to that,,
thx Speedmaker

This is a quick fix, and it can be done directly on the extensions.conf file just add the correct pattern match

Also check if the default DID configuration that is present in vicidial is set to extension or ingroup, this may be executed instead of your configured DID
