custom report with accurate dialer report

when using lead report export with extended
i found there is no field match the billing time as my provider and also there is some lead from list not appear in this report when i traced i found that it has cancel or congestion dialstatus on the database
but it is not exported with this report
the data found in table vicidial_carrier_log
and i found it has
status NEW
and called_count 2
in vicidial_list table

is there any way to fix the answered time to reflect the billing time and to make all leads appear in the report
-how the lead have called_count 2 and its status still NEW
