Best list order to always call the freshest leads?

If I want to make sure that the newest leads imported into the dialer are always called first, how best to set the campaign list order?
Example: I upload 1000 records on Monday. Agent makes 100 calls. Tuesday I upload 50 more leads to the same list. I want to make sure those 50 new leads are dialed before continuing with the leads that were uploaded on Monday. (assuming all other things are equal, excluding time zones, etc.)
Is this possible? If so, what should I set at list order and secondary list order to make that happen?
