Does any one know how to boost ACD in Vicidial,

Currently my ACD is 7 Sec, And my carrier want min 12 sec ADC,

So i want to boost my ACD from 7 sec to 12 Sec, Our ACD is getting down due to AMD,

Is their any way in Dialer when calls get connected and get AMD detection it should hang-up calls after 6 to 10 sec.

My carrier accept the dialer traffic, But they need 12 To 15 Sec ACD.

My carrier accept the dialer traffic, But they need 12 To 15 Sec ACD.

they are probably billing you 6/6

so they want to be able to bill you the double on calls that dont connect. So instead of you paying for a 6sec call, you will be paying for a 12sec call. The make twice the money on you.

Maybe they give you a cheap rate, but they are making the money on the extra seconds, basically double billing you. Will cost you a lot more to use them

I did that a few months ago by altering the used routing extension. Lemme see if I can find that somewhere in my note snad I will share here..
