Hi guys, I'm trying to use the chat feature on a user level 7, every time I click the chat link it ask the username and password and still not accepted. But when i change the user level to 9 it is success. Is there any way that the user level 7 can access the manager chat?

Level 7 is for reporting only, none of the other admin features will work for that level of user.
