call redirection is not heard

Hello, very good afternoon, I have a vicidial blaster that when sending it is heard perfectly, but clients tell me that when redirecting said blaster to the number provided by them, it is not possible to hear the person I called, what problem may be causing this, I hope you can help me, thank you.

Looks like the NAT issue but only if your configurations are correct. Post your technical details and I and advise you further.
