Callmenu to custom extension

Hello!

How can I create a custom dialplan entry for my call menu?

I want to send a call from the call menu to a specific extension instead of using options (1,2,3,etc)
Can I receive this call without being logged in as an agent?

Have you already enabled the "Custom Dialplan Entries" setting on "Admin -> System Settings"?

Yes, it is enabled

THen you should be able to add Custom Dialplan entries to your Call Menus at the bottom of the Modify Call Menu screen.

Setup a timeout of 1 seconds in call menu. and set route timeout action to your extension.
