Regarding Timesync Issue on Vicibox 9 Cluster

Hello Team,

I have a setup of cluster using vicibox 9 with SVN 3539 as below.
1 - Database
2 - Web and Asterisk
20 to 35 - Agents
Avg. Calls = 50,000/Daily
Campaign Dial Level: 8 to 12

I am having an issue sometime during the working hours on regularly with Time Synchronise. And during that time I found the asterisk process crashed.
May I know how I can resolve this issue?
