AUTO DIAL BUT USE THE AGENT/OWNER DID FOR DIALING

Hi,

We have a campaign which is auto dial, but our client require some filtering and restriction. When they login on the campaign, we want the vicidial to dial the number using the did of the owner (which we defined when we upload the leads for it).

You can specify the CID to use on a per-lead basis, using the "security_phrase" field, but there is currently no option to pull a CID based on the 'owner' field of a lead.
