No Answer Calls have duration

Hi All,

Call is not answered but still "customer" column in user stats Report has 47 sec why so?

Can someone help me to understand it because of it one of my customers raised billing dispute and they are right as per this...this is very serious issue in system. because as per vicidial note customer= The number of seconds the agent was actually speaking to the customer."
