No Agent Call URL [LIST] Not working

Hi All,
I seem to be having a issue using the No Agent Call URL under the LIST options. Setting the same URL in Campaign works fine, however under LIST the URL is not called.
Is there anything I'm missing to have it enabled?

Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3559
DB Schema Version: 1652

I just tested this on a new system and the List Modify "No Agent Call URL" works just fine in an outbound auto-dial campaign for me.

1) You posted some of the Vicidial version, but left off the build. Please remember to always include the FULL Vicidial version with build.

2) Please try to include your installer version. Sometimes it matters. Easier to just include it than to figure out whether it matters today or not. I see you're already including some good info, just add that installer with full version to the list. 8-)

3) Please verify that the call is OUTBOUND. And that there's no way the lead was generated by a different list (sometimes the same number is in more than one list, which is a bad idea, but happens a lot).

4) Provide an example of what the URL looks like. Change your domain and/or any user/pass information to something generic (ABCcorp, user1, pass1, etc).
