SALE status being inserted in hopper

Dear Support team and colleagues, I need help on an issue I'm encountering!
I'm running a small lead generation campaign from which we're able to place 30 to 50 SALE per day.
The problem came later with some SALE being reinserted in the hopper, and doing so is called by agents and being scheduled twice.
Setting on is like follow
Dial Statuses:
1: PDROP / 2: NI / 3: NA / 4: N / 5: ERI / 6: DROP / 7: DAIR / 8: B / 9: AB / 10: AA / 11: A / 12: NEW
Lists: Reset Times 0000
STATUSES: SALE / Category Sale / AGENT SELECTABLE (Y) / HUMAN ANSWER (Y) / SALE (Y) / DNC (Y) / CUSTOMER CONTACT (Y) / NOT INTERESTED (N) / UNWORKABLE (Y) / SCHEDULED CALLBACK (Y) / COMPLETED (Y) / ANSWERING MACHINE (N)
PS: After the SALE is placed, it appears in the lead search as a SALE but clicking on that lead to see the details the disposition given to that lead is CBHOLD.
PPS: In the setting, I've put (SCHEDULED CALLBACK (Y)) due to the need to schedule a date/time for the lead to be called by the second group of agents. Here I think it comes to the issue, and here is even another help I need: Can I make the SALE with a scheduled calendar for date/time without having the checkbox Mycallback only on the page?
Please note, I'm not an IT guy, but an autodidact manager on this system.
