Is there a way to display the current Dispo of a lead on the agent screen?

Use case: An agent receives an inbound call from an ANI, qualifies the caller for the primary product, and transfers to a warm transfer buyer.

Days later the same ANI calls back in, we would like the agent to be able to see the most recent Dispo which would tell them the caller was already transferred for the primary product, so they would pitch a secondary product.

I decided to use the Call Notes, view notes link which allows the agent to see call history including the call disposition.

I was going to say stick the dispo status in your web form / script if you have one for when the call lands and pops but your method sounds very nice if not using a script. Kudos for the lightbulb moment
