Client can't hear me at all

Hello, our outbound team is having a perfect experience with vicidial but it's only me who has a problem. I can hear the client's voice but they cannot hear me at all. I have changed my headset but still the issue there. The problem started when I bought a new laptop. Maybe is there any hardware issue related to sound card. My current laptop has this sound card installed: https://www.getitequip.com/HP-356081-001-AMD-Processors
