Iax2 "Callno Usage" exhaustion

Hi everyone,
this is my version of vicidial

ViciBox Server v.8.1.2
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3121
Asterisk 13.24.1-vici
Multi Server (3 ws, 3 pbx)

There are no additional software on the servers,
answering machine detection is active.
On PBX1 the "Callno Usage" grows abnormally and this causes a problem on outgoing calls
the line falls

These commands that follow on the PBX1 when I do not experience the problem

I can see you are trying! You did leave off the Build Number, however. Please remember to include that in the future, it can be helpful.

Is your system whitelisted? It's possible you're being attacked with an IAX2 Denial of Service result.

If your agents and carriers are all SIP, you could just close the IAX2 ports on the servers except to each other to resolve that issue temporarily. But whitelisting is still the best bet in the long run.
