Speech Recognition in Vicidial

Hi All,

In Vici dial, do we have the capability for speech recognition to facilitate the capturing of Personal Name Record (PNR)?
For example consist 6 alphanumerical character and facilitate automated new call legs in the IVR's including, but not limiting.

Read the Vicidial Manager's Manual. Speech Recognition is handled by other software, but Vicidial has integrations available for speech recognition. Which is why the Manager's Manual has discussion on that topic. EFLO.net. Free Version available.

Note that Vicidial uses Asterisk as the PBX Engine and AGI scripts for call management (which is an Asterisk feature). Thus any Speech Recognition software that is asterisk compatible is also Vicidial compatible. Asterisk is a HUUUUGE community compared to Vicidial.
