Hi All

Ok, I installed step by step th VICIDIAL, I can to access the web site for vicidial, I follow the Manager Manual and I did a new campaign, now I need to do test for this campaign, I need to know:

- In my computer I have that to go to vicidial aplication ? server/agc/vicidial.php
- I need a sip phone to do test of the AGENT ?
- For the Agent what is the number of the phone ?

In the manual I not found this information

I need your suggestions

Yes, iread the scrath document, but I need to test with 1 AGENT, I have the work station, a phone sipura spa-841, but I don't know how to make with numetation phone for the sipura, I mean where i can to set the pone number for my sipura ? in extensions.conf ?

To answer your question

all are in different configure and subject

I will give a hint steps to proceed.

0. first and most thing before read below, are you sure you have
fully read scratch_install document, if not read and read again.
so you understand below steps.

1. configure * extensions,
refer asterisk document or scratch_install configs
sip.conf, where the extension created
for making dialplan you need to use extension.conf
once you created both, restart you asterisk to take effective

2. configure SIPURA boxs, and configure the extension
as you did above in to sipura ( refere in side the box you find quick manual to configure the box with IVR)

3. call each other and see. if success move next step, if not again go
back to 0,1,2 until you success.

4. then try to call outside other than extension, check you can make calls using your voIP provider, if success move to next.

5. create users and phone in http://urserver/vicidial/admin.php

6. Create a campaign as said in scratch_install ( try with manual mode first)

7. Create a List and load the leads, and make associate with the created campaign

8. make sure you register your extension with asterisk before proceeding further

9. open browser http://yourserver/agc/vicidial.php

10. enter phone and password

11. enter again user and password. and select campaign
click submit. then you get a call on phone, pick up the phone
then you hear " you are the firtperson in this conference"

12. then start dialing by cliking dial next number.


Note : keep observ the errors at asterisk CLI. for any errors
