I have purchased the full NANPA(North America) phone prefix list from vicidial.

I need to know how do I upload the list and optimally make use of the list.

Did you see the instructions posted on the website before you downloaded it?

I guess I Purchased it back in June 2022.

Instructions were not quiet explained or should say not quiet dumb friendly.
