May i know whats the purpose or the correct way of using this "api.php?source=1000&user=1000&pass=1000&agent_user=100&function=logout&value=LOGOUT"
If the agent is logged in in the browser and while i trigger this api from somewhere else, why does not it work?

what is the Response you got after executing the API
make sure Below fields should be your admin credentials with Admin permssion and API permission
user=1000&pass=1000
the Response should be one of these
RESPONSES:
ERROR: logout not valid - PAUSE|6666
ERROR: no user found - 6666
ERROR: agent_user is not logged in - 6666
SUCCESS: logout function set - LOGOUT|1232020456|6666
