Hi,
I have 3 serves :
1 - Server with Trunk version 3655 v10
2 - Server with Trunk version 3534 v8.1.2
3 - Server with Trunk version 3176 v8.0.1

First server (3655) use trunk SIP connect to provider and AMD actif, the result of AMD :
AA : 47%
Answering Machine transferred to agent : 2%
NA : 39%

Second server (3534), AMD actif use trunk SIP connect to Server (3176), AMD actif connected to provider, the result of AMD :
AA : 50%
Answering Machine transferred to agent : 7%
NA : 24%

All server have config :
Proc : Intel® Xeon® D-1531
MEM :32 Go
2 x 500 Go SSD
1Gbit/sec

Is possible to optimize the AMD ?
