Delay Hangup Button

Hi Everyone,
I have been reading the forum post related to the Short Duration Calls and I really can't find any solution about disabling the hangup button at a certain time like a delay. My problem is that our agents are hanging up the calls way earlier than 6 seconds and our carrier is penalizing us.
So my question is, is there any ViciDial feature or setting that I can disable the hangup button and add a delay to enable it?
