Passing Data to the web form

Hi

I am setting a system at the moment. We are developing a CRM type system to prcess the sales made in the call centre and want some data to be passed when the web form is clicked.

When the agent clicks on the web form we would like this pass the lead_id from vicidial_list and also the user_id from vicidial_users of the user logged into the dialer as.

How would we go about doing this? Is there facilities within vicidial to do this or would we have to make changes selves?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

The WEB FORM already passes those fields and more, for a list of what it passes, simply place a test call and click the WEB FORM button and you will see all of the variables passed in the query string.

Thanks for that we managed to work it all out. Just waiting for the company to get some staff in to use the system!!!
