DB SERVER WITHOUT KEEPALIVE and ASTGUICLIENT

The problem with this service is I can´t configure astguiclient there and I can´t setting 89E keepalive in DB server.
Any problem if I move 89E keepalives to other server in the cluster enviroment? What will be the impact to make this?
