Hi all,

I am getting this error very often System Delay Please try again code: 2339930 - 1. For what reason this error comes and hot to troubleshoot this error is tried searching on the internet but I didn't find any topic on the above mention error please help me.

Good morning Mohammed,

Can you help me with a little more info so I can help you please?

  • At what stage of the call do you or the agent see this error message?
  • Are you or the agent able to continue activity once you've received the message?
  • What type of call did you initiate prior to seeing the error message?
  • What kind of campaign are running? Like manual dial, auto dial, inbound dial, etc.

From a code standpoint, I can see this error can occur if the variable waiting_in_dispo isn't flipped in a timely manner in regards to manual dial calls.

Dear Martin,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your support and showing interest in my topic.

On every alternate or third call, our agents are getting this error message.
After getting this error message once we click on Ok, we are able to continue with our task.
We are doing a normal Auto dial call prior to seeing this error message.
We are running an Auto dial campaign.

Please guide me after this on what settings we have to make to our dialer.

Your carrier is sending that through, what is your dial ratio set to? How many agents dialing? What is your trunk limit? And what is your cps limit?
